Security Practices

Security is built into how we design, ship, and operate software — not bolted on afterward.

Last updated: September 2026

Kreashion Software House treats security as an engineering requirement on every engagement. This page summarizes the controls we apply to our own website and to the systems we build for clients.

Secure development lifecycle

  • Threat modeling and requirements review at the start of every significant feature.
  • Strict typing, linting, and build verification gates on every pull request.
  • Code review by a second engineer before any change reaches production.
  • Automated dependency and vulnerability scanning in the delivery pipeline.
  • Documented rollback and release procedures for every deployment.

Application security

  • Server-side secrets: API keys, database credentials, and tokens never ship to the browser; they stay behind server routes and environment variables.
  • Input handling: server-side validation, parameterized queries, and output encoding to prevent injection attacks.
  • Transport security: HTTPS enforced across the site, with modern TLS configuration.
  • Access control: role-based authorization checks on protected resources, with principle-of-least-privilege defaults.
  • Session safety: secure, httpOnly, same-site cookies and short-lived tokens where authentication is required.

Infrastructure and operations

  • Infrastructure-as-code so environments are reproducible and auditable.
  • Immutable deployments and blue/green rollouts to avoid configuration drift.
  • Centralized logging, health checks, and alerting with defined incident response steps.
  • Automated backups with tested restore procedures for client datastores.
  • Regular cost, performance, and security posture reviews on managed cloud environments.

AI and data handling

When we build AI features, client data is kept inside the client's own environment wherever possible. We avoid sending sensitive data to third-party model providers unless explicitly agreed, and we apply redaction, retention limits, and access controls to any data that must be processed.

Vendor and dependency policy

We prefer well-maintained, widely audited libraries and managed services over bespoke components, keep dependencies current, and review the data-handling practices of vendors incorporated into client solutions.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or in a system we operate, please report it privately to sales@kreashionsoftwarehouse.com with steps to reproduce. Please avoid accessing or exfiltrating data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue. We will acknowledge your report promptly, keep you informed, and credit reporters who act in good faith — we do not pursue legal action against good-faith research.
